About the Role

We are seeking an experienced healthcare leader to take on a challenging executive role within our rural hospital network.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive strategic vision, shape rural healthcare services, and lead cross-functional teams.

As the site leader, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, service delivery, and overall site performance. You will work closely with regional leaders to build a unified leadership team and develop future-focused strategies.

  • Lead and mentor local teams through change and growth.
  • Embed new systems and strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Partner with district stakeholders to align organizational goals.
  • Develop quality care models tailored to rural settings.

This role requires a dynamic nurse leader who is confident in their abilities, has operational experience, and understands hospital systems at a high level.

To succeed in this position, you will need to hold relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or be actively working towards them. A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel within NSW as required are also essential.
