Your Impact as Store Manager… As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of store performance — leading a passionate team, delivering results, and creating an engaging, customer-first environment.

Lead the Customer Experience: Set the standard for outstanding service and a warm, customer-first store environment.
Know Your Market & Community: Leverage local insights and relationships to grow the business and strengthen your store's role in Moree.
What we're looking for: Lead from the Front: With experience as a Store Manager or 2 years + as Assistant Manager, you lead by example — A strong leader with a track record of improving team culture and store results, energising your team, setting the pace, and never asking others to do what you wouldn't do yourself.
