Rural Healthcare Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead the transformation of our rural healthcare services. As a Health Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and service delivery at Moree District Hospital.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of healthcare professionals through change and growth
  • Embed new systems and strategies, including the Single Digital Patient Record in 2026
  • Partner with district leadership to align with broader organisational goals
  • Drive quality care models tailored to a rural setting
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to build a unified, future-focused leadership team

About the Role:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with current registration and relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or actively working towards them. A current driver's licence and the flexibility to travel within NSW as required are also essential.
