Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that align with our strategic goals and enhance the way we work.

  • Full time, Permanent role
  • Competitive salary + Salary packaging
  • Hybrid role - WFH 2-3 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects
  • Apply best-practice methodologies in project management, change, and business analysis
  • Develop high-quality visual presentations and communications to inform and engage key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, support functions and the executive team
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of delivery excellence
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with confidence and clarity
  • Communicate progress and insights through high-quality reports and presentations
Requirements:
  • 8 years' experience (minimum) leading and managing end-to-end large scale business transformation projects and the associated change
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify risks and issues to different parts of the organisation
  • Proven capabilities in business analysis and effective change management
  • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to present complex information simply and clearly
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
