Transformation Project Leader

Large-scale transformation projects require a strategic approach to drive change and achieve business objectives.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transformation Project Leader to lead the implementation of a major transformative system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate change initiatives and be able to engage with stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing innovative activities to embed change, including culture and behavioral change.
• Managing the development of strategic communication deliverables associated with change initiatives.
• Defining and executing stakeholder management strategies, including stakeholder assessment and relationship management.
• Helping grow the communications community through managing and delivering communications development activities.
• Successfully managing risks and issues, implementing mitigating activities as appropriate, and escalating where required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a small team of Change Analysts and Training representatives responsible for training users on system changes and requirements.
