We're seeking a dedicated specialist to join our Melbourne-based team.
The role involves supporting project delivery, engaging stakeholders, contributing to business growth, analysing and reporting, and continuous learning and development.
- You'll collaborate with clients and colleagues to design and implement consulting projects across our service offerings.
- You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and measurable outcomes.
- You'll assist with proposal writing and tender submissions, contributing to business development efforts.
- You'll prepare high-quality reports and presentations with clear, actionable insights.
- You'll develop your consulting capabilities through exposure to senior specialists, structured feedback, and professional development pathways.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate or has 1–2 years of experience in a corporate or consulting setting.
- Tertiary qualified in Business, Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related discipline.
- Passionate about organisational development and people-focused consulting.
- Energetic, proactive, and a strong communicator, both in writing and in person.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing creatively to problem-solving.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
