Transformation Leader

We are seeking a talented professional to lead and manage transformation initiatives that drive alignment between business goals and project execution.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement transformation strategies and plans, engage key stakeholders, and foster strong relationships to gain support and buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement transformation strategies and plans that align with our business objectives.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
- Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Monitor the progress of transformation initiatives and assess effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end transformation in a professional services or complex matrix-style organisational environment.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to develop and leverage relationships with various stakeholders to understand transformation needs.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
