Job Title: International Trade Specialist

About the Role:

The International Trade Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of international shipments through customs and regulatory processes.

  • Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, and determine duty rates and tax liabilities.
  • Resolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any clearance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customs clearance operations to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze customs data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least three years of work experience in Customs. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and trade compliance is required. Proficiency in customs clearance software and online customs portal is also necessary.
