Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified professional to handle customs clearance processes and ensure the smooth movement of international shipments through customs and regulatory procedures.

  • Customs Clearance Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, adhering to local and international regulations
  • Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, and determine duty rates and tax liabilities
  • Solve customs-related issues and deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any clearance issues proactively
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in Customs and trade compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and trade compliance
  • Proficiency in customs clearance software and online customs portals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PC applications
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning and organizing, with high accuracy and attention to detail
