This full-time role blends internal sales with leadership – perfect for someone eager to build on their trade knowledge while stepping up to support branch operations and team development.
Based in Ravenhall VIC, you'll work closely with the manager to keep things running smoothly on the ground, while also helping drive customer engagement and trade sales.
Your responsibilities : Be the go-to trade expert for customers, especially local builders and plumbers Process quotes and orders, and manage customer accounts with professionalism and efficiency Support the manager in leading the team, stepping up when they're offsite or unavailable Help train and mentor junior team members, sharing your industry knowledge Be hands-on with daily branch operations and contribute to business performance goals Bring strong local knowledge and industry connections to deepen customer relationships What you'll need to succeed : Plumbing Product Knowledge : Previous experience in plumbing wholesale or trade sales preferred Leadership Qualities : Comfortable mentoring others and taking the lead in the manager's absence Customer Focus : Able to connect with tradies and provide practical, helpful service Positive Energy : A team player with a proactive and personable style Driver's Licence : For occasional errands or branch support as needed Your new Company : Tradelink is a powerhouse with 200+ locations and 1300+ team members across Australia.
