About the Role

A fulfilling career opportunity exists for a dedicated Dementia professional to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals living with dementia.

As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our Dementia Support Program, working collaboratively to improve outcomes and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support families, caregivers, and clinical staff to understand the impact of dementia on each individual.
  • Equip carers and clinicians to prevent and respond to behaviour changes through modelling, coaching, and development of resources including behaviour support planning.
  • Develop reports that are contextualised to individual situations and people, effecting change on the ground and improving quality of life for people living with dementia.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting people living with dementia – A strong understanding of dementia and a person-centred approach to care, with a genuine commitment to supporting individuals and their families.
  • Relevant qualification in Allied Health, Nursing, Aged Care, or Mental Health is essential.
