Onboarding Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization as an Onboarding Operations Specialist. This role is part of a high-energy team that produces impactful onboarding experiences for new hires.

You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end registration and attendance tracking for onboarding events, scheduling training sessions, managing logistics, and responding to queries via email/Slack.

  • Scheduling training sessions, managing logistics, and responding to queries via email/Slack

Key responsibilities include creating and assigning onboarding events and learning courses for each cohort, delivering clear and consistent communication using tools like Marketing Cloud and Slack, maintaining calendars, collateral, and event tracking systems, setting up virtual or in-person training spaces, and providing concierge-level support.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, juggle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (highly desirable), proven ability to organize, prioritize, and independently manage tasks, project coordination or program management experience a plus, and a proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
