Job Summary

At Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Transformation Team Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling the team to focus on delivering core business objectives.

About the Role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Transformation team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Coordinating meeting logistics, including correspondence, agendas, and distributing minutes and action items.
  • Organizing team events, business engagements, functions, and travel arrangements.
  • Collating and reconciling evidence to support expense claims in accordance with Allianz Australia's processes.
  • Producing correspondence, communications, presentations, confidential documents, spreadsheets, and reports on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Administering and maintaining databases, document control, and filing systems in accordance with Allianz Australia's procedures.
  • Supporting invoice processing and onboarding of new staff into the team, ensuring system access and setup.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience providing team administration support in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clarity, impact, and influence.
  • Proven technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed with thoroughness and accuracy, and the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies in information.
  • Effective planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to organize tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholder expectations.
