Expertech is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in our three-year digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of 10 professionals, guiding them in building project management office (PMO) capability and managing portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in governance and controls, risk tracking and management, stakeholder influencing, and process improvement. They will be responsible for designing and implementing governance frameworks, establishing controls, identifying and mitigating risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff members.

About the Role:

  • Governance & Controls: Design and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure strategic alignment and promote accountability throughout the transformation process.
  • Risk Tracking & Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to safeguard project success and enhance resilience.
  • Influencing Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to advocate for project objectives and drive engagement.
  • Building PMO Capability: Develop and enhance PMO processes and methodologies to optimize project delivery and mentor junior staff members.
  • Managing Portfolio Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of the digital transformation portfolio, ensuring projects deliver on their intended outcomes.
