About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Transformation Coordinator to join our Business Transformation Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of innovative projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the planning and coordination of business transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project reports and governance meeting packs
  • Contribute to the resolution of issues and effective planning and monitoring activities
  • Engage with multiple projects across the Business Transformation Program


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A tertiary qualification or accreditation in Project Management or a related field
  • Proven ability to support program and project planning with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong familiarity with the project management lifecycle and hands-on experience with status reporting and monitoring
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering constructive, productive relationships


What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $83,000 per annum, plus superannuation. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.



Location:


This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Taree, with the possibility of occasional travel to other Council sites across the MidCoast Region.



Tenure:


This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, full-time.
