As a Night Manager, you are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

This includes managing the hotel in the overnight hours and ensuring all team members are prepared to deliver an exceptional experience.

You will handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, complete Night Audit duties, and maximize room occupancy through up-selling techniques.

A strong understanding of foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash is required in accordance with our credit policy.

We are looking for someone with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent experience.

Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel, leisure, or retail sector at a supervisor level is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, inter-personal, training, and development skills.

Gaining the trust of guests and building long-lasting relationships is key to success in this role.
