Overnight Hotel Operations Manager

We are a leading apartment hotel operator with a passion for connecting travellers to local authenticity. Our mission is to create lifelong travel memories that can't be found in a guidebook.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels overnight. You will oversee the night audit function, manage the front office overnight, and provide exceptional guest service.

You will work independently to ensure all systems run smoothly overnight, acting as the point of contact for any guest needs or issues that arise. You will also complete reconciliations and reporting required by the night audit function.

Your role is crucial in making sure the hotel operates efficiently during the night, upholding our high standards of service even while most of the world sleeps.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the night audit function, including audits, reports, and reconciliations
  • Front office management overnight, including late check-ins, compliant handling, problem-solving, remote guest support, security, and support for our after-hours centre
  • Smooth collaboration of the night team with the wider teams
  • Training and escalation support for other night teams
  • Delivery of high levels of guest services in all interactions
  • Safe and professional management of emergency situations
