About This Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage our programs, providing program management methodology, discipline and expertise to realise program outcomes and achieve program benefits.
  • The successful candidate will identify emerging issues and provide high-level, expert and authoritative advice to senior management on complex program management issues, to ensure the achievement of the objectives.
  • They will work closely with the delivery manager and project managers to progress individual program initiatives, including resolution of issues, resources, and oversight of program risks.
  • Key responsibilities include managing the delivery of projects by establishing and maintaining a program management plan, delivering the monthly program report, managing program risks and issues, and maintaining a program risks and issues register.

Key Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leading and managing programs to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Expertise in program management methodology, discipline and best practices.
  • Ability to think strategically and make insightful decisions.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and risk management principles.
