    Job Overview

    At TE Connectivity, you will be part of a team that interacts with customers and sales representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

    Key responsibilities include managing customer orders, responding to technical inquiries, and updating key accounts with open order status reports.

    You will also work closely with industrial and utility sales teams to support allocated customer bases and identify new business opportunities.

    Additionally, you will help clients identify additional needs from our product portfolio, review daily booking reports, and provide accurate information to logistics, stores, and production.

    The ideal candidate will have a secondary education level, high proficiency in SAP, Microsoft, and MRP applications, and previous customer service or sales experience.
