**About the Role:**

We are seeking a Year 10 student to participate in a School-based Traineeship with the Reece Group, where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a plumbing branch while completing your certificate requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard in the branch

**About You:**

We are looking for a student who

  • Has good written and verbal communication skills
  • Can follow instructions and work well in a team
  • Is enthusiastic and has a great attitude
  • Is willing to learn and take on new challenges
  • Is well-presented and maintains a neat and tidy workspace

**Work Requirements:**

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week and must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
