Are you a motivated Year 10 student looking to gain practical experience and skills in the plumbing industry? We are seeking a Trainee to join our team at Reece Mona Vale, where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

We are a leading international company with a strong focus on customer service and exceptional values. Our core business is supplying plumbing and bathroom products to plumbers and retail customers, but we also have specialty businesses such as Irrigation, HVAC-R, Bathroom Life, Onsite, and Civil.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that aims to provide friendly and expert customer service. You will work in a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as:

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent service to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Supply Chain Operations: Assisting with the processing of sales, managing stock levels, and maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals, providing support when needed, and contributing to a positive team culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to follow instructions, demonstrate enthusiasm and a great attitude, and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

As a trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. You must have Saturday availability and be willing to put in additional hours during school holidays to assist in your progress. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training, and in return, we ask for dedication and hard work.

The estimated salary for this role is $20-$25 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and who knows, maybe even earn a promotion in the future
