About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide high-quality care and support to elderly and disabled individuals in their own homes.

  • Deliver essential domestic support, including cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and activity groups using a reliable vehicle
  • Provide personal care, such as showering, grooming, and dressing
  • Offer in-home respite and companionship

You will be provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and reimbursed for travel between clients.

Key Requirements
  • Able to speak Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, or Macedonian fluently
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability, or nursing student
  • Previous experience as a personal care worker, aged care worker, or disability support worker
  • Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
  • CPR Certificate (within 1 year)
  • Two professional references
