Home Care Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to our clients, including personal care, mobility assistance, and social support. You will also work closely with our team to ensure that each client receives the highest level of care and attention.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transferring and walking assistance
  • Engage with clients in activities they enjoy, such as hobbies or outings
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support

  • Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing qualification
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in aged care, disability, or home & community care
  • Certifications:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Screening:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
