**In Home Care - Join Our Supportive & Rewarding Team - Female Support Worker Needed (participants choice) in Doncaster**
- Shifts : Tuesdays : 11 am to 07 pm
- Wednesday Fortnight : 11 am to 07 pm

**Requirement of the Support worker**

This role has particular circumstances you must adhere to, due to participants needs & request. If you are unable to meet these requirements please do not apply:

- Workers need to wear N95 mask during support
- Understanding of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS).
- Clients prefers no students
- Workers need to adhere to infection control process
- No perfumes/other strong smelling products
- Non Smoker /Vaper
- Worker should be Calm and understanding
- Worker should be methodical and ability to listen and follow instructions
- Dog Friendly
- Long term

**Tasks**:
? Assisting in **personal care** with warmth and dignity
? Showing **initiative & personable**
? Creating a **positive and engaging** experience for our client.

? **Providing care & companionship** - Supporting clients with their daily activities
? **Meal Prep & Cooking** - Making mealtimes enjoyable and nutritious (to be concerned if there are any allergies )
? **Domestic Assistance** - Helping with light housekeeping, laundry & maintaining a comfortable home
? **Community Access & Social Support**

**Who We're Looking For**:
Experience

**NDIS** Worker Screening Check
**Cert III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support** (preferred but not essential)
**Driver's Licence & insured, reliable vehicle**

Great **communication skills** and a **customer-focused** approach
Ability to work **independently** and manage time effectively
