Senior Home Care Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced caregiver to join our team as a Senior Home Care Specialist.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Senior Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

You will work closely with our care designers to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

  • Job Description:
  • Provide premium home care services to clients, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Deliver care in accordance with client care plans developed by our care designers.
  • Meet the safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified in Aged Care or Community Services, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to care designers when needed.
