Job Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation
- Assist clients with daily tasks and activities, promoting their independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
To be successful as a Home Care Specialist, you will possess:
- A Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
