
Contract Operations Coordinator

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Process and schedule yearly contracts
- Schedule reactive call outs & remedial works
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls & emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for engineers and surveyors
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with data entry and data management
- Provide general clerical support to staff members
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Experience using microsoft office
- Ability to use computerised systems for document management and communication (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
