Join Our Team as a Contracts Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Bendigo team in a full-time permanent capacity.

You will be joining a dynamic team of individuals who work hard, are welcoming, supportive and are the experts in what they do. The role will be vital in overall operations and projectdelivery and is an opportunity to work on iconic projects with an award-winning builder.

To be successful in this challenging role, you must:

  • Have demonstrated experience in administering high value head contracts and subcontracts.
  • Have demonstrated experience in managing large claim assessments.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to prepare, assess and submit variations for both contract and subcontractors.
  • Be confident in building effective working relationships with project managers and team members.
  • Be customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with our sub-contractors, clients, and their representatives.
  • Have previous experience in, or ability to learn Aconex, Cheops, Hammertech and MSSuite.
  • Preparation of Monthly Project Reports in conjunction with the Project Manager.
  • Those who display experience in a similar role or have tertiary qualifications inconstruction management will have a distinct advantage.
