We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People Operations team as a Coordinator.
This role provides essential support in HR, employment contract and onboarding processes for schools across our network, ensuring seamless and compliant employment practices.
Main Responsibilities:- Preparation of employment contracts and related correspondence for staff appointments and changes.
- Tier 1 HR enquiries response with accurate and timely information.
- Policies, legislation, and enterprise agreements interpretation related to employment conditions.
- Onboarding process support, compliance checks, and pre-payroll requirements for schools.
- Employment documentation accuracy, compliance, and payroll-readiness assurance.
- Training and support provision to school staff in employment contract and variation contract generation.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, organised, and responsive HR professional thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in HR coordination or administration roles.
- Strong working knowledge of employment contracts, policies, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear, supportive advice.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
