Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Wool Store Coordinator in Bendigo. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the wool store, including supervision of staff, general wool store operations, coordination of receivals, testing, and shipping of wool, unloading and loading of trucks, and on-farm pickups.

As a Wool Store Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the wool store, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions with minimal guidance
* Forklift and HR Truck Licence

You will also need to be highly organized and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Supervising and coordinating the activities of store staff
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting
* Coordinating the receipt, testing, and shipping of wool
* Unloading and loading of trucks and conducting on-farm pickups
