To ensure smooth operations, effective communication and strong team engagement across the leadership team we've created a new role for a Divisional Coordinator.

This is a permanent full-time position that will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the leadership team.

  • Organising meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Managing document control, information tracking, and action monitoring.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring staff feedback and engagement.
  • Maintaining our SharePoint site.
  • Assisting with divisional planning activities.
  • Coordinating staff engagement activities.
  • Supporting team communication initiatives.
  • Acting as a key contact point for team members.
Your Role and Responsibilities

You'll be supporting a close-knit leadership team with diverse perspectives who are focused and work at pace. The environment is non-hierarchical and a safe space where everyone's ideas and opinions are valued.

This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, Sydney or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role, ideally within a marketing or communications environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly SharePoint.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with event planning and management.
