As an overnight Guest Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' needs are met during the evening and early morning hours. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help deliver an exceptional InterContinental experience.

  • Greet late-arriving guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Provide valet parking service for arriving and departing guests, using your valid driver's license.
  • Assist guests with luggage, deliveries, or room transfers.
  • Support the Night Audit and Front Desk teams with guest requests, room drops, and coordination.
  • Monitor the front drive and lobby area for cleanliness, order, and guest needs.
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and assist with security checks during overnight hours.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.
