As an Accommodating Guest Service Representative, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their stay. You will work closely with our front office team to provide seamless service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Prior experience in valet, bell service, or front office roles in a luxury hotel environment.
- A valid open driver's license, enabling you to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
- Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand/walk for extended periods.
- A proactive attitude and ability to remain composed and courteous under pressure.
As an overnight Guest Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' needs are met during the evening and early morning hours. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help deliver an exceptional InterContinental experience.
- Greet late-arriving guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Provide valet parking service for arriving and departing guests, using your valid driver's license.
- Assist guests with luggage, deliveries, or room transfers.
- Support the Night Audit and Front Desk teams with guest requests, room drops, and coordination.
- Monitor the front drive and lobby area for cleanliness, order, and guest needs.
- Conduct property walkthroughs and assist with security checks during overnight hours.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.
