Luxury Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Full-time Luxury Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our luxury hotel.
Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless experiences for our most loyal and VIP guests, overseeing the day-to-day operation of our exclusive Club Millesime, and collaborating with various departments to drive guest satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Front Office or Food and Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) certificate
- Experience with Opera PMS highly desired
- Friendly, outgoing personality and high standard of personal presentation
