Strategic Client Liaison

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and directors to attend client meetings and present as required, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of complex strategic plans, including the preparation of Statements of Advice (SOAs).
  • Forge connections and work closely with other divisions within the EBR business to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Research and design financial strategies for clients, encompassing strategy formation across multiple entities, such as family trusts, companies, and self-managed super funds.
  • Prepare engagement letters and administer implementation tasks, including establishing or rolling over superannuation funds, investment funds, and share portfolios.
  • Monitor and track client portfolios, ensuring timely and effective management.

About You:

  • Possess a degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • Hold 3+ years of experience in the industry, preferably in financial planning, superannuation consulting, or a technical role.
  • Ideal candidates will come from a paraplanning or client services background.
  • Demonstrate exceptional client service focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Xplan.
