Strategic Client Liaison

WiseTech Global is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize client usage of our core software suites
- Work closely with sales and product teams to support client growth and maximize usage
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and gain trust with clients
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Relationship Management
- Technical knowledge and skills
