Job Title: Key Account Manager

WiseTech Global is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize client usage of our core software suites
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to support client growth and maximize usage
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and gain trust with clients
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management or Relationship Management
  • Technical knowledge and skills
