Job Role Summary

A unique opportunity has arisen to develop your Human Resources skills in a dynamic business environment. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, liaising with management and external agencies as required.
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate work experience programs.
  • Prepare employment-related correspondence.
  • Ensure new starter documentation is complete and accurate for setting up new employees.
About You:

We are looking for a dedicated and committed HR professional with a passion for developing their expertise across the full spectrum of HR functions.

  • HR Expertise: Demonstrated experience working across the full HR spectrum, particularly in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
  • HR Information Systems: Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, including implementation and integration.
  • Recruitment and Workforce Planning: Proven skills in high-volume recruitment and strategic workforce planning.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal integrity and professionalism.
