Contracts professionals seeking a challenging role will be interested in this position as Senior Contract Specialist. The right candidate will have experience in negotiating leases, subcontract terms and supplier agreements.

The successful individual will work closely with the commercial director to provide contractual management and process support to various business units. They will ensure all commercial actions align with company values and ethical standards.

This is a mid-senior level full-time contract where you will be part of a tight-knit team providing contracts SME support. Day-to-day tasks may include advising project managers on commercial strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and participating in company litigation matters.

To succeed in this role, applicants should have tertiary qualifications preferably in law or business disciplines, along with experience in senior contracts roles and working knowledge of the defence industry or similar complex environments.

Key skills and qualities required for this position include effective stakeholder relationships building, contract negotiation and management, and excellent communication skills.
