Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Employment Opportunities Specialist to join our team. As an Employment Opportunities Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to transform their lives by securing employment opportunities.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to deliver tailored employment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes and making a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support our participants to identify skills to become job ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
