Job Title: Instrument Kit Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the packing and delivery of complex instrument kits required for orthopaedic surgeries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer service and sales staff to manage orthopaedic loan sets.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock inventory movements, dispatch, and returns information using enterprise systems.
  • Pack and dispatch items to locations in Australia and abroad.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage high volume inventory under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Willingsness to work on-call as required.
