We are seeking an Instrument Kit Specialist to support our surgeon customers with the packing and delivery of complex instrument kits required for orthopaedic surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customer service staff and sales staff to ensure efficient management of orthopaedic loan sets.
  • Communicate effectively with Hospital CSSD, Operating Theatre, and Surgeons to meet their needs.
  • Maintain and update surgeon preferences as requested by Sales Staff.
  • Process bookings from customers and sales staff while utilizing systems accurately.
  • Pack and dispatch items to locations in Australia and abroad.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Ability to manage high-volume inventory under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Capacity to work on-call as required.
  • Familiarity with ERP and Loan Kit Systems; prior experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our surgeon customers, hospital staff, and sales team. They will also be familiar with ERP and Loan Kit Systems and have prior experience in a similar role.
