**The Client**
Our client's vision is to improve patient outcomes by developing and delivering rapid innovations in the clinical medical devices sector. They design, manufacture, and distribute products across Australia and internationally.

**The Opportunity**
Your primary focus is to provide excellent service to our busy customer base in public & private hospitals. You will be responsible for picking, packing, dispatching and returning surgical devices that go out on loan to our customers.
- Maintaining instrument and implant sets to ensure loan kits are ready for use with proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Packing and dispatching loan set kits and implants.
- Receiving, inspecting and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals.
- Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure loan sets meet the surgeons and sales representatives' requirements.
- Resupplying and picking implant inventory for hospital consignment locations.
- Receiving and confirming loan set bookings.
- Picking, packing, and building loan sets to match customer requirements.
- Assisting in other areas of the warehouse when required.
- Delivering/Picking up loan set to most of the CSS Departments.
- Liaising with courier companies.
- Maintaining a good relationship with all external and internal stakeholders.

**About You**
- Previous Loan Sets or Instrument Sterilisation experience desirable.
- Process-driven, ability to problem solve, with high attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills.
- Has a current clean NSW Drivers licence
- Understands kit and consignment processes.
- Possesses a high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organisation.
- Has a can-do attitude, is flexible and can work autonomously.
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and the ability to reprioritise as required.
- Demonstrate some understanding of ERP/inventory systems.
- Some out of ours work maybe required at times.
