Job Overview

The role of an Inventory Coordinator focuses on coordinating loaned instruments, inspecting, packaging, and distributing instruments used for surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness.
  • Maintaining instrument and implant sets to guarantee loan kits are ready for use.
  • Liaising with couriers and ensuring timely delivery of loan and consignment stock.
  • Resupplying and picking inventory for hospital consignment locations.
  • Sending stock to the sales team for their inventories.
  • Accurate transaction handling within ERP systems as per standard operating procedures.
  • Fulfillment of online ecommerce orders including customer and database updates.
  • Systematic cycle count of stock at Head Office.
  • Receipt of stock at head office into systems and unpacking into appropriate bays.
  • Ordering and receipt of office supplies including stationery and kitchen essentials.
