Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Surgery Instrument Coordinator to join our Sydney warehouse team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting surgeons with instrument kits for orthopaedic surgeries, ensuring accurate management of orthopaedic loan sets, and maintaining surgeon preferences and bookings from customers and sales staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of surgery instruments
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and dispatch information using SAGE and WebOps systems
  • Manage high-volume inventory under pressure and tight deadlines
