About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Manager to join our Group's Performance Management team. This role involves supporting the delivery of timely and accurate performance reporting, including the production of monthly and annual management reports, forecast, and annual budget compilation.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure precise and timely reporting, providing valuable insights to senior leadership teams. Your responsibilities will include preparing half and full-year MD&A reporting, collaborating with Finance and other departments, and driving process excellence by improving end-to-end processes, standardisation, and documentation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a CPA, CA, or ICAA qualification (or an international equivalent) with relevant experience in accounting, performance management, or financial planning & analysis, preferably within the Banking and Finance industry. You must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work directly with stakeholders, and consistently meet deadlines with limited supervision from management.

You will also have a sound understanding of the Banking and Finance industry, a continuous improvement mindset, and the drive to enhance end-to-end processes. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
