Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Performance Director to lead our Commercial Business Partners and drive financial health across the organisation.

Job Description:

The Head of Financial Performance will be responsible for delivering financial analytics and commercial insights to support decision-making and improve margins. They will also provide strategic financial modelling and analysis to support short and long-term financial strategies and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with senior leaders to implement financial strategies, monitor KPIs, and provide insightful commercial and financial analysis.
  • Financial Sustainability: Lead the budgeting process, manage short and long term financial forecasts and modelling conduct financial risk assessments, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Deliver the performance reporting for the organisation.
  • Customer Connection: Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring financial strategies align with customer and business needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Financial Performance team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety across the organisation, ensuring adherence to Workplace Health and Safety protocols.

What You Bring:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CA or CPA certification required.
  • Experience: Significant experience in finance leadership, including expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable financial insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, customer-focused finance teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI).

Salary Package:

$180,000 - $220,000 per annum, plus up to $15,900 tax-free salary packaging and additional benefits.
