About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Management Specialist to join our Group's Performance Management team. This role involves supporting the delivery of timely and accurate performance reporting, including the production of monthly and annual management reports, forecast, and annual budget compilation.

In this position, you will work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure precise and timely reporting. You will be part of the team providing valuable insights to the CFO and EXCO, assisting with the preparation of half and full-year MD&A reporting, and collaborating with Finance and other departments.

The ideal candidate is a CPA, CA, or ICAA qualified professional (or holds an international equivalent qualification) with relevant experience in accounting, performance management, or financial planning & analysis, preferably within the Banking and Finance industry.

You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a sound understanding of the Banking and Finance industry, and can work directly with stakeholders while consistently meeting deadlines with limited supervision from management.

A continuous improvement mindset and drive to enhance end-to-end processes are essential for this role. You should also be curious, self-motivated, and possess problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail. The ability to work effectively in both small and larger team environments is also required.
