About the Role:
The Claims Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of claims management and support personnel to achieve processing, quality, return to work, and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of claims management and support personnel to achieve processing, quality, return to work, and customer service objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
About the Team:
The Claims Team is responsible for managing workers' compensation claims in New South Wales. The team works closely with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure effective claims management and resolution.
