Senior Business Analyst - Human Capital Management Role

This is a two-year fixed-term position focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) to join an IT transformation program. As Senior Business Analyst HCM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring HCM systems compliance and supporting HCM projects within the IT transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing HCM processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and direct HCM-related projects, aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within HCM operations.
  • Collect and document detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholders across various departments.
  • Ensure all HCM systems conform to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Liaise with vendors and the delivery team to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will possess extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record of working on HCM projects. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
