About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Store Assistant - Pet Care. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a great experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
  3. Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  4. Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and advice.
