Job Title: Learning Experience Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the growth and capability of our workforce. As a key member of our team, you will partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive impactful learning initiatives, from needs analysis and program design to delivery and evaluation.

  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of learning and development initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation.
  • Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver targeted, high-impact learning solutions.
  • Support the development and execution of our annual training program, ensuring it aligns with strategic workforce objectives.
  • E nsure the timely and effective coordination of mandatory compliance training across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or organizational development.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of driving business results through learning initiatives.
  • Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
